Ajebo Old Student Association:Meet the PRO hopeful

 


THE MAN: Amb. Olasunkanmi Adetoye Ijaduoye

Amb. Olasunkanmi Adetoye Ijaduoye is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with a passion for community development and public service. Born in 1990 into the family of High Chief Kolawole Ijaduoye, the Asiwaju of Orile Oko in Remo North Local Government, he was instilled with a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to serve others.

Educational and Leadership Journey

Ijaduoye's educational journey began at Mame Nursery and Primary School before he proceeded to Ajebo Community High School. It was here that his leadership qualities first emerged, serving as a class captain for two years. He continued his education at Gateway Polytechnic Saapade, where he earned a National Diploma in Business Administration and Management.

His time in higher education was marked by a series of significant leadership roles, demonstrating his dedication to student welfare and advocacy:

 * President, Warrior Press Club (GAPOSA Chapter)

 * State Vice Chairman, National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS, Ogun State Axis)

 * National Vice President, National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS)

 * Public Relations Officer, NAPS

 * National President, NAPS, where he oversaw the interests of over 40.1 million polytechnic students across Nigeria.

Professional Career and Community Impact

Building on his extensive experience in public service, Ijaduoye was appointed as the Special Adviser on Political Affairs to the Chairman of Remo North Local Government. His commitment to his hometown was further recognized when he was installed as the Akogun of Orile Oko kingdom by His Royal Majesty Oba Elijah Sogbayi, the Oloko of Orile Oko.

Beyond public service, Amb. Ijaduoye is a successful entrepreneur and a strong advocate for economic growth and employment. 

He is the founder and CEO of Dcontinental Properties, Dcontinental Hotel and Bar, and Dcontinental Media Concept. He also serves as a consultant to several reputable companies.

Drawing on his background as an alumnus of Ajebo Community High School and his proven track record of leadership and public relations, Amb.
