TASUED: Comr Taiwo Samson call for calm in Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED)

TASUED, Ogun State - Comrade Taiwo Samson Alaga, a leading aspirant for the post of Deputy Coordinator of the National Association of Nigerian Students, is calling for calmness in Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) following recent communal crisis. Alaga expressed his deep concern over the unfortunate incident which led to the loss of a Tasued student's life and the destruction of properties. He sympathizes with the families of the victims and urges all parties involved to avoid any further violence.    Students Southwest Deputy Coordinator, Comrade Taiwo Samson ALAGA, has met with the Student Union Government (SUG) President of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Comrade Ashiru Taofeek HONESTY, and other leaders and stakeholders of the institution to seek advice and support for his campaign. During the meeting, which was also attended by an Executive of the Union, Comrade UNDERSTANDING, the group discussed issues affecting students in the institution. Comrade ALAGA spoke passionately about the need for better welfare and academic support for students, and promised to make these issues a priority if elected as Southwest Deputy Coordinator of NANS. Comrade ALAGA also had a phone conversation with the SUG President, during which they discussed the challenges facing Nigerian students and the role of NANS in addressing these challenges.
