  UPDATE!!! APPEAL COURT CLEARED HON. ADEBIYI ADEWALE ADELEYE FOR SUBSTANT The Appeal court, Ibadan Division Presided over by Hon. Justice Moore Adumein has on Wednesday 23rd November 2022 granted the substantive hearings of the APC application for appeal against the two judgment of Justice O. Oguntoyin of Federal High Court, Abeokuta which disqualified Hon. Adebiyi Adeleye as Candidate of the party in the forthcoming general election and ordered Solomon Osho as valid candidate for APC to Represent Remo North State Constituency at the State House of Assembly.
