Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine.

My fellow leaders, mentors, role model and colleagues of our great organization THEATER AND MOTION PICTURE PRACTITIONALS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA , SAGAMU LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAPTER it's gladen my heart to present my humble self  OMONIYI ADEYEMI JOSEPH a graduate of Nigeria university Nsukka where i barge my degree in  THEATER  AND FILM STUDIES . I began my educational  journey at  Wesley primary School soyindo sagamu, Ogun state why I proceed to Methodist comprehensive college sagamu for my secondary school to achieve more of my academic certificate I advance to  Ogun state university  where i bagged Diploma in English, I  have serve as President of old student of my secondary school,  I also held the position of the General secretary of Young achievers forum , presently the  Vice President of my indegenious association Erinmope Ekiti Youth Association Sagamu chapter and I possess the quality of an innate problem solver, adaptable communication skills, humble, confident, a wagering professionalism, self management, intellectual curiosity, compatibility for both independent and team work, sincere hardworker and all accountable.



Above is the little background of your humble son, brother and colleagues who's ready to serve our noble organisation as the Financial Secretary of our great chapter sagamu which remain the most ideological chapter in ogun State. 


Let me copy the saying of our late sage Chief Obafemi Awolowo which says Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence, and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates. 



While we all understand the role of financial secretary in an organisation A financial secretary oversees policy concerning the flow of financial resources like money in and out of an organization. The financial secretary sometimes determines policy concerning the purchase or sale of goods and services, collection of dues.


In order to carry a positive action we must develop here a positive vision.


MY VISION: Adequate financial statements of our noble organisation.



MY MISSION is to create a world where we can live in harmony with nature and give details of the organization financial activities with been bias.


I want to specially appeal to my dear leaders,mentors and colleagues within our dear organization that a man with a vision if a dead man I hereby seek for your unrectifiable support and vote towards achieving the great task ahead.
