Putting forward your positive energy connects you back to basic human values which we all share. Good Deeds Day shows that no matter the size of the gesture, a smile that brightens someone else's day or volunteering in your community, we can all take active part in making a difference.



Considering my dear boss as the awardee of NAPS Outstanding Leadership Award as ICON OF HUMANITY is a plus to Yewa Land, the man called Buari Alade is a man with positivity and Golden heart who understand where the shoe pinches the you. Serving under him as personal assistant on administration and special duties has made me to realise that Leadership is not about a title or designation. It's about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for what you do,and how you inspired the generation next.  Sincerely my dear brother Olaitan Buari Alade is  a blessing to the generation next as he remain a role model to someone like us.


As a proactive youth In the country who's embedded with Leadership spirit I applaud NAPS NATIONAL executive for putting the right peg in the right hole which I see the award as  means to encourage youth to be useful and youthful.
